We have worked with Leeds Health Facilitation Team and Kirklees Involvement Network (KIN) to have useful and accessible information.
This work is part of the Living Well Project, there is more information on the Inclusion North website.
We have also worked with Kirklees Involvement Network and Kirklees Local Authority to update the Stay Healthy Kirklees website.

Looking out for signs that someone with learning disability might be ill with the Health Innovation North West Coast – RESTORE2 / Mini education resource.
The Learning Disability Service in Leeds have made and shared their work on Restore 2 and Pulse Oximetry. They are happy for people in Kirklees to use these documents.


Having problems pooing can make you very ill. If you cannot have a poo it is sometimes called constipation.
It is important to know what healthy poo looks like. Use this Bowel-chart [PDF; 170 KB] to find out.

Dying well and advanced care planning


Sepsis is when your body fights too hard against infection. It’s sometimes called blood poisoning.
It is important to know the signs of sepsis so you can get help quickly.
If you think you might have sepsis, it is important that you go to hospital straight away.
