The Finance, Investment and Performance Committee will provide oversight and assurance on:
- the development and delivery of a viable and sustainable system financial plan;
- major service change proposals and investments;
- performance on delivery of the operational plan delivery, NHS System Oversight Framework requirements and local standards, targets and priorities; and
- the management of risks affecting plan delivery.
