Vicky Dutchburn joined the NHS 39 years ago. As a dual-qualified nurse, she has worked across a number of provider organisations within West Yorkshire and in Manchester; within intensive care and cardiology services and then within mental health, community and primary care services.
Taking up senior roles within Kirklees, Vicky has worked as a joint commissioning manager with the local authority and primary care group, Assistant Director in the primary care trust, Head of Strategy, Planning and Performance for the Clinical Commissioning Group and more recently as Director of Operational Delivery and Performance for NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board.
With a passion for improving patient care and system efficiency, Vicky is committed to driving innovation, collaboration, and sustainable healthcare delivery in Kirklees and across West Yorkshire.
