Tim joined the NHS 19 years ago as a primary care service improvement manager, looking at older people and medicines management. Before coming to Leeds, he was the Director for Strategy, Planning, and Corporate at Stockport Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and acted as the Programme Director for the Stockport Together partnership – a national Vanguard site. More recently he was the Accountable Officer for Leeds CCG.
