Freedom to Speak Up helps ensure that concerns are listened to, responded to appropriately and used to support organisational learning and improvement.
Mahmood Yaqoob is the ICB's Freedom to Speak Up Guardian. The Guardian provides independent and confidential support to ICB employees who wish to raise concerns or seek advice about speaking up.
