Julie Clennell (RN, QN, DN, RT) is an experienced executive nurse who has worked in the health and care sector for 38 years with wide ranging experience in provider, commissioning, higher education and regulatory roles in both the NHS & VCSE sectors. Julie will be drawing upon her expertise as Regional Director of Nursing and Clinical Quality Director for NHSE whilst supporting the ICB as interim Director of Nursing.
